Maintains value as it has been serviced by a maintenance-book

First E-Bike inspection after 300 km. ekone recommends a first inspection after the running-in phase, during which all mechanical components are checked for tightness. The regular E-Bike inspection is necessary every 1,000 km. For all those who rarely get on their e-bike, the rule of thumb is: once a year. If you regularly ride on bad roads or off-road, shorten the inspection intervals according to the harder use. Your safety is worth a regular inspection. You also maintain the value of the bike, as it has been serviced with a maintenance-book.

Maintenance within 1-2 hours

Normal maintenance is done after about an hour. During this time you can wait for the bike, have a coffee at ekone or do other errands or shopping on site. This way you save yourself multiple trips and have the inspection done "on the side".

In our branch in Waldshut-Tiengen, we can not offer this service at any time. Due to high utilization in the season, a prior arrangement by phone or in the branch is necessary.

To ensure that the maintenance of your E-Bike does not become a long wait, the ekone bike workshop offers you a well-organised workshop appointment schedule. After making an appointment by phone, you choose an appointment from Tuesday to Saturday.

In our branch in Waldshut-Tiengen we can offer you workshop appointments from Tuesday to Friday.
